Concept:

D/R/M（DotRecessesMeta、Eardrum=Drm、DotRooM）is based on the functional structure of the ear.

Door = Auricle
Entrance aisle = External ear canal
Aisle corner = Eardrum
Rear corner aisle = tympanum
Inner room (DotRooM) = inner ear cochlea
Recesses Room = Top of cochlea (Apex)

D/R/M recreates the action of "cupping hands around ears" to analyze the sound experience produced. The participant is the sound particle (Listening Dot), slowly moving towards the act of entering the ear (room). Once in the inner ear, layers of visual feedback, continuous sound, and lingering vibrations will be experienced by the participant, to be re-experience upon every return to D/R/M.

D/R/M（DotRecessesMeta、鼓膜=Drm、DotRooM）は耳の機能構造をベースに制作。

Door=耳介
入口通路＝外耳道
通路角＝鼓膜
角後通路＝中耳
インナールーム(DotRooM)=内耳蝸牛
Recesses Room=蝸牛頂(Apex)

宿泊者自体が三半規管及び聴粒子であると仮定し
耳に手のひらを近づけ押し当てる過程での聴収とその後を
ホテル部屋に置換する試みにより
聴点の入れ子状移動やフィードバックを探る。

Core member of experimental music group “BOREDOMS”, globally influential in the underground music scene, formed in the mid 80’s. EY∃ frequently collaborates alongside other musicians, occasionally performing as a DJ. Artistically, EY∃ has participated in a number of global exhibitions contributing both visual and audio artwork.

80 年代中期に結成したボアダムスの中心メンバーとして実験的なパフォーマンスを展開、世界的なアンダーグラウンド・シーンに影響を与える。個人名義では、多数のアーティストと精力的に共演、DJ としても活躍。ヴィジュアル・アーティストとしては画集を出版、P.S.1 など世界各地の展覧会にも参加している。
